Book your activity

Simply set up a Halo online account and you can book - swimming, badminton, sports hall, indoor and outdoor facilities etc. Please click on the options below for step-by-step instructions no how to set up your new Halo online account, make a booking or notify us about an amendment. 

Below is what you need to know to make bookings:


Every person (including young children) attending a swimming session must have a Halo account and pre-book the swimming session in advance.


STEP 1 - please create a Halo account so that you can book your activities:

  • Follow this link

  • Choose your centre as ‘Holmleigh Park’  and ‘Holmleigh Non Member’ as your membership type.

  • Continue to complete your contact and billing address (there’s NO charge for this membership).

  • You will receive an email with a link to log into your account. Please note this can take up to 24 hours to arrive.


STEP 2 - use the link to set up your Halo password:

  • Use the link below to set up your Halo account password.


  • Select ‘Login’.

  • Select ‘Reset Password’ - also use this to create your password.

  • Enter your email address and you will receive instructions on how to reset/create your password.


STEP 3 - how to book activities:

  • Using the link below and your email and password log into your Halo account


  • Select ‘Activity Bookings’ on the right hand side of the screen.

  • Select ‘Holmleigh Park’ in the club drop down list.

  • Choose your activity and view timetable and then book your activity.

Please note:

  • You need to accept cookies and register beforehand in order to make a booking

  • All amendments and cancellations can be managed via your Halo Leisure online account

  • We cannot accept any verbal or email enquiries regarding amendments or cancellations to bookings

  • Any queries and communications regarding your booking must be submitted to [email protected] or by calling 01452 303256

  • For Hire booking requests, these will come through to the Sports Centre Manager to review and approve

  • Please book at least 48 hours in advance so there is time to review your booking request (bookings are approved/rejected within 48 hours)

  • All facility bookings are on the hour only (not the half hour) and for a minimum of 1 hour slot

  • Any issues or clashes with a booking request will either be rejected if another slot is not available (with potential alternatives highlighted) or amended to an available time.  You will then either need to rebook into an available slot or if your booking request has been amended accept the amendment to confirm your booking
