We would like to provide parents and students with some helpful information about how our school canteen operates and allowance available each day.

 

Daily Spending Limit 

 

Students have a daily spending limit of £6.00.

If you would like this limit changed on your child's account please contact the school where we will be happy to amend.

 

Free School Meals

 

Students who receive Free School Meals [ FSM ] have an allowance of £3.25 per day.

This allowance can be used during

. Morning break

. Lunch break 

. Or divided between both breaks

 

Our catering team will encourage and support students to make sensible and balanced choices when using FSM allowance. However, ultimately the choice of food rests with the student.

 

To ensure the allowance is being used appropriately, FSM allowance cannot be spent solely on drinks or snack items. Students will be encouraged to select a suitable meal or food item as part of their allowance.
