18-10-22 Update on the bus route stops and times.

Dear Parents and Carers,

We are pleased to confirm that John Dix Travel will be providing an additional bus route to Holmleigh Park for the 2022-23 academic year. 

The price of the service will be £20 per week per pupil. We appreciate this is a considerable commitment - we have subsidised this as much as we possibly can, with the school paying well over 50% of the cost of running this service. 

At present, there are a limited number of spaces available, which will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If we exceed this number, John Dix will supply a larger coach, and this will mean we can reduce the cost to parents. 

If you would like your child to be part of this service you will need to sign up on ParentPay. In the past, John Dix have been unwilling to continue running this service due to non-payment from parents. Therefore, we will be asking for each term’s payments in advance (except for the first term, which will be at a reduced rate given the short notice). The full payment schedule can be found below. Payments should be made through ParentPay under “School Bus Service.”
