Uniform Letter 26th June 2019

Dear Parents/Carers
I am writing to you regarding the new uniform for Holmleigh Park High School that will be launched in September. As previously communicated, The Greenshaw Learning Trust will be providing this uniform free of charge for all existing HP students (current years 7-10).
The items the Trust will be providing are:
- 1 x Blazer
- 1 x HP Tie
- 1 x HP skirt, if required.
These items will be available to collect from the Trutex store, Northgate Street, Gloucester from approximately the 20 August. We realise this is close to the end of the holidays and therefore Trutex have kindly offered to open in the evenings, 5.00 – 8.00pm - Monday to Friday, on the week commencing 26thAugust for HP uniform purchases ONLY. We strongly recommend that parents go during these times to avoid queuing and overcrowding in the shop.
In order to collect you uniform we require you to do two things:
- Please complete and return the attached form to school by FRIDAY 05 JULY. This will enable us to share your details with Trutex so they have a list of who is eligible to the free uniform. It is essential that you do this, as otherwise Trutex will not be able to provide you with the free uniform.
- Take this letter with you to the shop when you collect your uniform, to prove your identity. If you lose this letter, you may take another form of ID which clearly shows your child’s name and address.
The new sports kit will also be available to purchase from Trutex. However, this is not compulsory and your child may continue to wear the existing PE kit until it requires replacing.
I enclose a copy of the uniform guidelines and would like to thank you for your support in ensuring that HP High students come to school in September looking smart and in impeccable uniform.
