Dear all,

I am writing to update you on our plans for students who are normally entitled to Free School Meals.

We have reached an agreement with TESCO, and we will be issuing vouchers electronically.

All parents should receive by Monday, an email containing a barcode. The account will contain £25 – equivalent to two weeks of Free School Meals funding. If you have more than one child on Free School Meals, you will receive more than one barcode.

You can take this, on your phone or by printing it, to any TESCO store, where you will be able to use part or all of the value towards your food purchases.

We anticipate that the government will be introducing a nationwide approach in the coming weeks. If they have not done so by the end of this period, we will issue more funding.

If you have not received an email by Monday and your child receives Free School Meals, please contact [email protected] with the full name of your child.
